Relaxing Four Hand Massage is the perfect blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage from Kalmatherapies and is the most efficient way to achieve Double the massage during one hour, and it will leave clients feeling completely relaxed and rested, with the full body covered. The techniques used during the massage trigger changes in the brain’s chemistry, resulting in reduced stress and an improved mood. Two masseurs work on you throughout the alloted time to ensure maximum benefits are achieved.

Bio-Emotional Massage Therapy is based on three main stages: the first is Regression and works on previous emotional memories that are recalled from the feelings in the mother's womb. In practice it is done by Angel Touching "Il tocco dell'Angelo" gentle massage stroking. The second stage is Grounding - made using energy raising techniques. A very beautiful massage that simulates the feelings of sight, sound, smell and touch, to balance the rising energy known as Kundalini. The third stage is Deep Relaxation using head and face massage accompanied by the sounds of special meditative musical instruments such as chimes, gong and Tibetan bowls, to cleanse and purify the aura. The Bio-Emotional Massage therapy is complex but very healthy and may be followed by an in-depth consultation, giving advice about restoring the chakras and unblocking energies.
This is the perfect massage therapy for recovery from high levels of anxiety, panic attack, phobias, loss of sleep. The full body massage is made from waving movements that achieve a deep relaxation and balance energy. The client will be surrounded by special ambient light effects like water waving, fire warmth, stars and many others to help the alignment of Mind, Body and Spirit. This Massage Therapy by Kalmatherapies can have a deep psychological impact at the emotional level whilst recovering anxieties and relieving bodily tension.

This Kalmatherapies massage usually lasts 90 -120 minutes. It starts in the BATH ROOM with a 30 min. deep relaxation massage to lift up and gently rock the body while it is floating in the warm water.
For men this can be regarded as a Shamanic REBIRTH RITUAL and for women this has been developed as a FERTILITY RITUAL and is highly recommended for those experiencing difficulty with conception.
The atmosphere created simulates regression into the mother's womb as the first part of the therapy. Calming, relaxing music and lighting will accompany the application of a natural scrub created with freshly dried flower petals, seeds and dried berries which not only cleanse the skin, but refresh it, along with the application of mineral rich healing salts and essential oils.

The massage then continues in the therapy Room where the client will then receive a further 1 hour of Bio-emotional Therapy, a special massage detailed above. This part of the therapy is divided into three sections:
-The first is the continuity of the warm feeling of the mother's womb by a light stroking massage on both sides (Baby position).
-The second is a massage on the front to increase the levels of the energy Chakras.
- in the next section the client can experience the magical primal effects of Shamanic healing through the sounds of the Gong and Tibetan singing bowls, combined with crystals aligned along the body in correspondence with the Chakra positions.
An energy level reading can be necessary before and after the Therapy to establish that balance has been achieved. Please avoid eating for one hour prior to this therapy to prevent indigestion.

Kalmatherapies has developed a beautiful and highly effective therapy with proven relief from the numerous symptoms caused by bruxism (teeth grinding). This therapy relieves the tension that can lie behind the cause of flattened teeth, tight jaw muscles, ear and headaches, face pain and sleep disruption and it also reduces levels of stress hormones, blood pressure and heart rate, relaxing the blood vessels of the head thus increasing the blood flow to the brain, liver, and heart muscles, leading to a general sense of well being.
